The service
ATSConfirm scores a resume you upload against a deterministic set of ATS-compatibility and, optionally, job-description-matching rules, and shows you the findings behind that score. A Pro subscription raises your monthly scan limit and unlocks optional, on-demand AI-assisted rewrite suggestions for specific items in your resume.
No guaranteed outcome
ATSConfirm's score and findings are our own assessment against our own rules, run on our own servers - not a simulation of, or endorsed by, any specific applicant tracking system vendor or employer. A high score, or addressing every finding we show you, does not guarantee that a particular ATS will parse your resume a certain way, that a human recruiter will respond, that you will be interviewed, or that you will be hired. AI-assisted suggestions are drafts grounded in your own resume content for you to review and decide whether to use - they are never applied automatically, and we don't guarantee they are free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you submit to an employer.
Your content
You retain ownership of the resume and job description content you upload. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload it and that it doesn't contain anyone else's private information without their consent. See our Privacy Policy for how that content is used and stored.
Accounts & acceptable use
You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't use ATSConfirm to upload content you don't have rights to, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to circumvent plan limits (scan limits, AI-generation limits) by automated or abusive means.
Plans, billing & cancellation
Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings; your plan remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and won't renew after that. Pricing and plan limits are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
Service “as is”
ATSConfirm is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We are not certified under HIPAA, SOC 2, or any similar framework. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
